November Newcastle Quilt Retreat with Bec (Monday November 2nd to Friday November 6th)

Join Bec for five days of quilt making or working on slow stitching projects at her beautiful shop sew.be curated in Newcastle NSW. Bec is a quilt designer and textile artist who has an inclusive and easygoing teaching style to help you lean into your creativity. 

This stitching retreat will run from Monday to Friday and will offer you the opportunity to work closely with Bec on any (or all!) of her quilt patterns or slow stitch projects. Bec can help you with all aspects of quilt making from fabric selection, through to hand quilting. 

Bec will meet you where you are to help your love of scrappy quilting and slow stitching blossom, or grow. All levels of experience are welcome.

Each day you will immerse yourself in the beautiful environment with other creative souls to work on your own amazing quilt/s. The space allows lots of room to be creative and much inspiration!

The retreat includes:

- five days of blissful stitching time 10am - 4pm, and

- catered lunch each day (please advise of any dietary requirements)

- optional dinner (at cost) on the Thursday evening.

Patterns and materials are not included, but are available for purchase in our beautiful space.

Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. Minimum numbers required. If minimum numbers are not met you will be refunded in full.

Accommodation is readily available in close proximity to the venue at shop 2/386 King St, Newcastle and includes Air BNBs in the same building, The Little National (approximately 800m walk) and Crystalbrook Kingsley (about 500m walk).

Please note the retreat fee is non refundable. If something changes to make attendance difficult we will endeavor to rebook your place for a 25% fee but a refund is not guaranteed.
