Can I get shipping for free?

Yes, in Australia. Orders over $200 within Australia ship free. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer free shipping internationally.

What does shipping cost & how long will it take?

  • We offer flat rates by region for most orders so you can shop with confidence.
  • We seek to balance shipping cost and delivery speed. 
  • For patterns and templates, we use untracked mail to keep costs down.
  • For larger orders, we absorb some costs to make it more affordable for you.

    Why does shipping cost so much and take so long?

    Australia is an amazing place, but unfortunately it's a bit remote. This means that some of our products might cost a bit more, and shipping can be a little higher and take a little longer than you might expect. We work hard to supply high quality items that are hard to find elsewhere and worth the wait.

    When will my order ship?

    Most orders will be processed within two business days. As a small business, event like sales can push this out. We always endeavour to fill your orders as quickly as possible.
